Known application constraint: provider clients are constructed during startup
even when `ENABLE_SCHEDULED_JOBS=false`. The synthetic UAT Compose file therefore
supplies explicit inert provider values. No provider fetch is scheduled, and
real provider credentials must not be added until their contracts and handling
are reviewed.
## Manual release procedure
Continuous deployment is deliberately out of scope for the first testing
